高职与普通本科“3+2”分段人才培养的课程体系构建

         

摘要

“3+2”高职与普通本科分段人才培养是实现现代职业教育体系建设的途径之一。实现高职与普通本科“3+2”分段人才培养的关键在于人才培养方案的研究与设计,明确高职、普通本科阶段在人才培养目标上的层次递进关系,根据职业岗位目标能力构建有效衔接的课程体系,共同培养高素质技能型人才。%“3+2”piecewise talents training of higher vocational education and undergraduate education is one of the ways to build modern vocational education system. The key to realize the“3+2”piecewise talents training of higher vocational education and un⁃dergraduate education lies in the study and design of talents training scheme, defining the hierarchy progress for objectives of talents training of higher vocational education and undergraduate education, constructing effective curriculum system based on vocational position ability, and jointly developing high quality skilled talents.
