高职院校机械类专业毕业生就业价值取向误区及教育对策

摘要

本文以高职院校机械类专业毕业生为研究对象，分析了高职院校机械类专业毕业生就业价值取向存在的误区，并在此基础上提出了教育对策，可以为今后毕业生就业工作提供参考依据，对解决就业工作中的实际问题具有重要的意义。%The thesis takes mechanical graduates in vocational technology college for the research obj ect and analyzes their com-mon mistake existing in their value orientation of career,which can provide valuable references for the future graduates’em-ployment work and is significant to employment work for solving thepractical problems.
