高速铁路桥梁支座设计要求及应用技术

         

摘要

To meet the requirements of large bearing capacity and displacement of long-span bridge for high speed rail- way, the bearings shall have such performances as large tonnage, large displacement as well as anti-vibration in some level. However, due to limit of allowable design stress of material, the bearing with large tonnage is too big to change during operation, so the design of it shall take full consideration of structural durability. Meanwhile, the control of post- construction settlement is especially rigorous in high speed railway, the height-adjustable bearings may be adopted at some special section. This paper presents some design requirements of high speed railway bearings, briefs its installation technology and provides advice for its application.%为满足高速铁路大跨度桥梁的大承载力和大位移的需要,要求支座具有大吨位大位移性能,同时还具有一定的减隔振性能。受材料设计容许应力的限制,大吨位支座的尺寸较大,不适宜运营期的更换,因此,支座设计时应充分考虑结构的耐久性。高速铁路对工后沉降量控制严格,在一些特殊地段还需采用可调高支座进行调整。文章对高速铁路支座的设计要求做了一些展述,并对高速铁路支座安装技术做了介绍。
