运架一体式架桥机隧道内零距离架梁技术

摘要

Through the analysis of the successful project, ＇ box beam erected within zero distance in tunnel＇ for the Li- ukan Reservoir medium bridge at Wutang beam field in the V bid section of newly-built railway from Liuzhou to Nanning, CAD simulated bridging, depending on the characteristics of tire type 900T transportation erection integrated machine, is performed with guide beam machine in different deflection, which has accumulated valuable experience for the later beam erection via induction, analysis, summarization of the construction method on the special working site.%通过对新建柳南铁路V标段五塘梁场六坎水库中桥“隧道内零距离架设箱梁”的成功范例进行分析，根据轮胎式900T运架一体式架桥机设备特点，导梁机在不同工况下的挠度进行CAD模拟架桥推演，对该特殊工点所采用的架梁工法予以归纳、分析、总结，为后续架梁作业积累了宝贵的经验。
