聚羧酸系高性能减水剂在应用中存在问题的探讨

         

摘要

Based on quantity, high ratio and environmentally described briefly int the merits of high-performance water reducing agent with poly carboxylic acid which is of low mixing of water reducing agent, sufficient reinforcement, low ratio of total alkali, erosion-free of steel bars friendly etc, the mechanism of high-performance water reducing agent with poly carboxylic acid is egrated with field practice to probe into the matching between raw materials such as gelled stuff, sand etc. in cement and water reducing agent with poly carboxylic acid. Meanwhile, Analysis is given to problems like silt content of machine-made sand and storage of poly carboxylic acid and relevant solutions are suggested as well.%鉴于聚羧酸系高性能减水剂有掺量低、减水率高、增强效果好、总碱量低、不锈蚀钢筋以及环保等优点。文章简要阐述了聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的作用机理,结合现场施工的应用实践,探讨混凝土中胶凝材料、砂石等原材料与聚羧酸系减水剂之间的适应性问题,同时分析了机制砂的含泥量及聚羧酸的存储问题并提出相应的解决办法。
