Objective To establish a method to determine the content of asperosaponin VI in qufengzhilong capsules by high performance liquid chromatograph (HPIX). Methods Diamonsil C18(2) chromatographic column (4.6 mm×250 mm. 5 μm) was used. Mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (28 : 72). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Detection wavelength was set al 212 nm. Results The linear range of Asperosaponin VI was from 0.29 to 3.62 μg (r=0.9996). The regression equation was A = 172. 46C-5. 860 5. The average recovery was 98. 4% ( RSD = 0. 58%). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of qufengzhitong capsules.%目的 建立用高效液相色谱法测定祛风止痛胶囊中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量.方法 Diamonsil C18(2)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(28∶72),流速:1.0 mL· min-1,检测波长:212nm.结果 川续断皂苷Ⅵ在0.29~3.62μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6).线性方程:A=172.46C-5.860 5;平均加样回收率为98.4%( RSD=0.58%).结论 该方法简便、快速、结果准确,可用于祛风止痛胶囊的质量控制.
