中国企业一带一路投资并购活动中的商业尽职调查研究

商业尽职调查可以为投资判断提供商业角度的材料,有利于准确判断标的企业的发展前景.本研究系统阐述了中国企业在一带一路投资并购活动中如何开展商业尽职调查,为中国企业海外并购的商业尽职调查提供了一个新的视角,将宏观投资环境、行业分析、企业分析结合起来开展商业调查,并给出了开展商业尽职调查的基本步骤.%Business due diligence can give a very helpful information or material for Chinese investors.This paper focuses on the business due diligence problems in the investment and M&A activity for Chinese invesetors which invest in One Road One Belt Initiatives countries and regions.The main innovative point of this paper is that it gives an new method to do business diligence:combination of macro economic analysis,industry analysis and company analysis.This paper also gives the steps of how to carry out business due diligence.
