高端装备制造业创新产出的空间计量分析

     

摘要

We consider the spatial effect of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry innovation output in China,select China's 30 provinces and cities panel data between 2007 and 2015,and use both spatial auto-regressive model and spatial error model to analysis the factors of influencing the innovation output of China 's high-end equipment manufacturing industry in our country. The results show that:Moran's Ⅰ index verifies the regional innovation activity has a spatial auto-correlation. Further study by adopting SEM model demonstrates the R&D capital stock,R&D staff full time equivalent,government funds,enterprise funds,opening degree are positively correlated with provincial high-end equipment manufacturing industry innovation output,and passes the test of significance. Based on the above research results,this paper draws some conclusions and enlightenments.%考虑到我国高端装备制造业创新产出的空间效应,选取中国30个省(市、区)2007—2015年的面板数据,采用空间计量经济学的空间自回归模型和空间误差模型,对我国高端装备制造业创新产出的影响因素进行了分析.结果显示:Moran'sⅠ指数验证了区域创新活动具有空间自相关性.运用SEM模型的进一步研究表明:R&D资本存量、R&D人员全时当量、政府资金、企业资金、对外开放度与省域高端装备制造业的创新产出呈正相关关系,且均通过了显著性检验.基于上述研究结果,提出了相关建议.
