与职业（行业）标准相衔接课程与教学内容体系研究--以法学专业《合同法》教学为例

本文对民办高校教学改革的路径，主要从课程设置、教学模式的角度，以合同法教学为例进行研究，探讨了合同法和司法考试的衔接问题。%In this paper, the path of the reform of private colleges and universities, mainly from the perspective of curriculum, teaching mode, the contract law teaching as an example, this paper discusses the problem of the contract law and the judicial examination.
