黑木耳基内、外菌丝生长一致性研究

摘要

本文通过对黑木耳菌丝在 cPDA 培养基质内、外菌丝生长速度一致性的研究，探索培养基气生菌丝与基内菌丝生长状况，考察其生长的均一性、一致性问题。结果表明，cPDA 培养基质中气生菌丝生长速度和基内菌丝生长速度高度一致，不同生长圈气生、基内菌丝生长也高度一致，仅在回接时菌丝萌发和生长速度上存在差异性。%The mycelium growth rate of internal and external of Auricularia auricula-judae was studied to know consistency of aerial and substrate mycelia. The results showed that the mycelium growth rate of internal and external mycelium was highly consistent. What's more, it was also highly consistent at different times. However, there were differences in both mycelium germination and growth speed.
