调胃疏肝散质量标准研究

摘要

目的：建立了调胃疏肝散的质量标准。方法：采用显微鉴别法鉴别柴胡、人参、黄芩、黄连、淫羊藿、大枣；采用TLC法对方中木香进行了薄层定性鉴别。结果：显微鉴别专属性强；TLC定性鉴别分离度好，专属性强。结论：本方法简便易行、重现性好，可用于调胃疏肝散的质量标准。%Objective:To establish the quality standard of Tiao weishugan Powder by regulating the stomach. Methods:the micro-scopic identification method was used to identify Radix Scutellaria, Coptis, ginseng, epimedium, jujube;using TLC method in other woody by TLC. The results of microscopic identification of specific:TLC qualitative identification and separating degree, strong specificity. Con-clusion:the method is simple, reproducible, and can be used for regulating the stomach quality standard Tiao weishugan Powder.
