骨泰胶囊质量控制方法的研究

摘要

Objective:Sanguis Draxonis、Herba Hedyotis Diffusae、Rhizoma corydalis were identified by TLC,dracoalban were de-termined by HPLC.AT the same time,we also take the normal examination of the capsule.The methods is simple and the result is accurate and have a good reproducibility. It can control the quality of this preparation.%目的：采用薄层色谱法对骨泰胶囊中血竭、白花蛇舌草、延胡索进行了定性鉴别，采用高效液相色谱法测定了样品中血竭素的含量，同时对胶囊进行了常规检查，方法简单，结果准确且重现性好，较全面地控制了骨泰胶囊的内在质量。
