苯酚硫酸法定量测定桔梗流浸膏中多糖的研究

摘要

目的：建立桔梗流浸膏中桔梗多糖含量的定量测定方法。方法：以葡萄糖为对照品绘制标准曲线，采用苯酚-硫酸法测定桔梗流浸膏中多糖的含量。结果：建立了一种苯酚-硫酸法测定桔梗流浸膏中多糖含量的方法，其平均回收率为98.87%，RSD=1.47%。对不同来源桔梗流浸膏中多糖的含量进行测定，其范围为0.0113g/ml～0.1890g/ml。结论：该方法简便、准确，可作为桔梗流浸膏中多糖的含量测定方法。%Objective:An phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry method was developed for the determination of polysaccharides in ex-tractum Platycodi liquidum. Methods:Using glucose as standard draw standard curve, the contents of the polysaccharides in Ex-tractum Platycodi liquidum were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry method. Results:An phenol-sulfuric acid col-orimetry method for determination of polysaccharides in extractum Platycodi liquidum from different origins has been established. The average recovery rate for the polysaccharides was 98.87%with 1.47%of RSD. The content range of polysaccharides in extrac-tum Platycodi liquidum from different origins was from 0.0113g/ml to 0.1890g/ml. Conclusion:The developes method is simple and accurate. It can be used as a method to determine the content of polysaccharide in extractum Platycodi liquidum.
