自拟中药汤剂联合湿润烧伤膏治疗湿热蕴肤型湿疹临床效果观察

摘要

目的：观察自拟中药汤剂与湿润烧伤膏联合治疗湿热蕴肤型湿疹的临床疗效。方法将82例湿热蕴肤型湿疹患者随机分为治疗组（42例）与对照组（40例）。治疗组给予口服自拟中药汤剂与外用湿润烧伤膏联合治疗，对照组给予口服自拟中药汤剂与外用3％硼酸溶液冷湿敷，观察两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率90．48％，对照组总有效率67．50％，两组总有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论口服自拟中药汤剂联合外用湿润烧伤膏治疗湿热蕴肤型湿疹，临床疗效好，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Chinese medicine combined with MEBO on treating damp skin eczema.Methods 82 patients with damp skin eczema were randomly divided into the treatment group (42 cases) and control group (40 cases) .The treatment group was treated with oral self-made Chinese medicine and external use of moist burn cream.The control group was treated with boric acid and decoction of 3%topical solution wet and cold compress with traditional self-made Chinese medicine. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.48%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 67.50%.In the total efficiency of two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Oral self-made Chinese medicine decoction combined with external treatment of damp skin eczema MEBO clinical curative effect is better, and is worthy of clinical application.
