浅谈实验准备工作在机能实验教学第二课堂中的作用

摘要

机能实验教学准备工作不仅要完成第一课堂的设备安装调试、药品试剂配制和实验动物的购买分配等常规教学任务，还要为科研兴趣小组、实验技能大赛等机能第二课堂做好各项完善的服务保障。这不仅要求机能实验教辅人员具有更高的专业知识水平和实际工作能力，还需要具备更强的服务意识和无私奉献精神，这样才能充分发挥实验教学在创新人才培养中的作用。%The preparation work for experiment of functional science of the first class teaching includes equipment installation , medicine or agent preparation and distribution of experimental animal in regular class.In addition, the perfect service for the second class teaching , such as research interesting group , experimental skill contest and so on , should be also provided as well as required.The staff members in functional science laboratory should possess not only higher specialty knowledge and practical work ability , but also stronger service consciousness and selflessness devotion spirit.Only in this way can they play an important role in cultivating innovative talents in experiment teaching.
