目标管理在急诊护理管理中的应用效果观察及价值评价

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect and value of objective management in emergency nursing.Methods The ap-plication effect of objective management in emergency nursing management was analyzed retrospectively, and its application value was ana-lyzed.Results After the implementation of the management by objectives, 15 nursing levels were significantly improved; in the aspect of comprehensive quality of head nurse, science and education ability, management ideas and other were significantly improved; in the aspect of patient satisfaction, the satisfaction of nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.39%, and the satisfaction of nursing in control group was 80.37%.The observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.Con-clusion Objective management in emergency nursing management has good application effect, which is helpful to the long -term develop-ment and management of emergency department, and has high application value.So it can be popularized in emergency nursing manage-ment.%目的：探究目标管理在急诊护理中的应用效果及价值。方法回顾性分析英德市中医院目标管理在急诊护理管理中的应用效果，分析其应用价值。结果目标管理实施后，15名护理人员护理水平均明显提高；护士长综合素质方面，科教能力、管理思路等均显著提高；在患者满意度方面，观察组评价满意护理满意度为94．39％，对照组护理满意度为80．37％。观察组数据显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论目标管理在急诊护理管理中具有良好的应用效果，有助于急诊科室的长期发展和管理，具有极高的应用价值，可在急诊护理管理中进行推广。
