高频震荡通气联合肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床研究

摘要

目的：探讨高频震荡通气（ HFOV）联合肺表面活性物质（ PS）治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（ NRDS）的疗效和安全性，指导该病的治疗。方法：选取2014年1月至2014年11月期间在新生儿科治疗的NRDS患儿70例，其中治疗组37例（ HFOV），对照组33例（常频通气CMV），两组都给予PS和一般治疗。比较两组上机后的血气分析、上机时间以及合并症等指标。结果：与 CMV 组比较， HFOV组改善血气分析异常和下调给氧浓度更快，且并发症更少。结论：HFOV联合PS治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征疗效明显，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To explore the curative effect and safety of high frequency oscillation ventilation ( HFOV) combined pulmonary surfactant ( PS) in treating neonatal respiratory distress syndrome ( NRDS) . Method:70 cases NRDS treated in our NICU from Jan.2014 to Nov.2014, were divided into treatment group (37 cases,HFOV ) and control group (33 cases, CMV).All the cases got PS and general treatment. The blood gas analysis,time of ventilation and complication were compared.Result: Compared with control group , the treatment group got superior blood gas analysis, less fraction of inspired oxygen and less complica-tion.Conclusion:HFOV combined PS in treating NRDS has obvious curative effect.It’ s worth spreading.
