程序式健康教育在提高初治白血病患者PICC置管率中的应用价值

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of programmed health education on PICC catheterization rate in patients with primary leukemia.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group (n =50) and control group (n =50).The patients in control group were given oral explaining,health education handbook and propaganda poster on wall of department before PICC catheterization,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by combination of health education and nursing process model,which divided health education into five steps including assessment,diagnosis,planning,implementation and evaluation.The mastering status about PICC knowledge and PICC catheterization rate were observed and compared between two groups.Results The scores of mastering PICC knowledge in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).Moreover PICC catheterization rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The nursing programmed health education is a rational,scientific and comprehensive health education method,which can increase obviously PICC catheterization rate and enhance the protection on blood vessel during chemotherapy.%目的 讨论程序式健康教育对初治白血病患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管率的影响.方法 PICC适应证患者100例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组50例.对照组在PICC置管前3d采用护士口头讲解,科室墙壁宣传海报及发放健康教育手册等方式进行PICC置管的健康宣教.试验组采用健康教育与护理程序相结合的模式,即将健康教育分为评估、诊断、计划、实施、评价五步.观察2组患者置管前、宣教后PICC知识掌握情况,比较2组置管率.结果 试验组置管前对PICC知识掌握的得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组患者PICC置管率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 护理程序式健康教育是合理、科学、全面的健康教育方法,明显提高了患者PICC置管率,增强了患者化疗期间对血管的保护.
