S20 CrM oVS 钢船用柴油机气缸盖锻件材料研究

摘要

The cylinder head forging with material of S20CrMoVS which is used for 98 Model marine diesel engines has been dissected and analyzed.The samples has been taken in different position inside the cylinder head for the mechanical property test, hardness test, microstructure test and fatigue property test etc.Through the test data, the comprehensive mechanical property of the whole cylinder head has been assessed.%对98机型S20CrMoVS材质的船用柴油机气缸盖锻件进行解剖，在气缸盖内部不同位置取样进行力学性能、硬度、组织、疲劳性能等相关试验，通过试验数据对整个气缸盖综合力学性能进行评定。
