Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint method for the quality evaluation and discrimination of Callicaipa nudiflora. Methods:The chromatographic fingerprint of 16 samples was determined by injecting 10 μl of the sample solution each time om a reversed phase Thermo Acclaim TM 120 C18 column with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 0.1% Formic acid solution and acetonitrile. The flow rate was 1.0 m1/min, the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 332nm.Results: The HPLC fingerprint of Callicarpa nudiflora was set up, which included 11 common peaks, and the similarities of 16 samples were well. Conclusion: The method which can be used for discrimination and the quality control of Callicarpa nudiflora.%建立海南裸花紫珠HPLC指纹图谱,为其真伪鉴别和质量控制提供依据.方法:HPLC色谱条件:Thermo AcclaimTM 120 C18 5μm 120A(250 mm×4.60mm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长332nm,进样量:10μl.结果:以16批裸花紫珠样品的11个峰为共有峰评价指标,建立裸花紫珠的HPLC指纹图谱测定方法,相似度较好.结论:该方法可用于该药材的鉴别及质量控制.
