机械通气撤离影响因素和序贯机械通气切换点的选择

机械通气是治疗急性呼吸衰竭最重要的手段之一.撤机策略的研究仍是ICU里普遍存在及重要的课题,目前尚无一种公认的最佳撤机方案.序贯通气是有创与无创通气序贯进行,其目的 是缩短有创通气的时间,增加撤机成功率.文章通过总结相关文献对机械通气撤离影响因素和序贯通气切换点的选择进行初步探讨.%Mechanical ventilation for acute respiratory failure is one of the most important means. Weaning strategy is still common and important issue in the ICU. The best method for conducting this process is unrecognized.Sequential ventilation, which invasive and noninvasive are completed in turn, aims to shorten the time of invasive ventilation, and increase the success rate of weaning. Through review of relevant literature, the impact factors of weaning and the choice of switching point of sequential ventilation were discussed in the review.
