透明质酸辅助超声波洁治治疗种植体周围黏膜炎的临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the adjunctive effect of hyaluronic acid on dental implants with peri-implantitis. Methods 34 implants with peri-implantitis in 18 patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group treated with ultrasonic scaling and hyaluronic acid; control group treated with ultrasonic scaling and iodine glycerol. All parameters including plaque index(PLI), sulcular bleeding index(SBI), probing depth(PD) were measured at baseline, 1, 2 and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The experimental group resulted in a significant reduction in PLI and in SBI compared to those in the control group(P＜0.05). Hyaluronic acid also showed a higher efficiency on peri-implantitis than iodine glycerol. Conclusion Hyaluronic Acid has a more significant effect and shorter time on peri-implantitis.%目的 评价透明质酸辅助超声波洁治治疗种植体周围黏膜炎的临床疗效.方法 34枚确诊的种植体周围黏膜炎种植体,随机分为两组,实验组局部应用透明质酸+超声波洁治,对照组局部应用碘甘油+超声波洁治,经过一周、两周、四周观察用药前后菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、探诊深度的变化.结果 透明质酸组在一周时菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数明显改善,与碘甘油组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);疗效结果显示透明质酸组疗效优于碘甘油组.结论 局部应用透明质酸治疗种植体周围黏膜炎有显著疗效,显效时间短.
