透明质酸凝胶用于治疗种植体周围黏膜炎临床疗效的探讨#

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of hyaluronic acid gel for the adjuvant treatment of peri-implant mucositis. Methods: 62 patients of per-implant mucositis with 62 implants in Meitan general hospital were collected from September 2011 to September 2013. There were 33 females and 29 males, aged 23 to 58 years, mean 41 years. They were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group has 32 cases, 17 males and 15 females, aged 23 to 57 years, mean 40 years of age. And the Control group has 30 cases, 16 males and 14 females; aged 26 to 58 years, mean 42 years. After thorough curettage, treatment group used hyaluronic acid gel appling around the implant, 4 times/day; control group gargled chlorhexidine mouthwash, 4 times/day, using for 4 weeks. Baseline parameters were repeated at 4 weeks. The parameters included probing depth(PD), modified sulcus bleeding index (mBI), modified plaque index (mPLI). Results:There was no significant difference in PD and mPLI between the two groups. But PD and mPLI in each group were significantly lower before and after (P<0.05). mBI in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). mBI in each group were significantly lower before and after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusions:After non-surgical debridement, peri-implant mucositis can achieve very good therapeutic effect, and hyaluronic acid for the treatment of peri-implant mucositis has some secondary effects.%目的：探讨透明质酸凝胶用于辅助治疗种植体周围黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法：收集2011年9月~2013年9月煤炭总医院就诊的种植体周围黏膜炎的患者62例(共62枚种植体)，男性33例，女性29例，年龄23~58岁，平均41岁。随机分为两组，治疗组：32例，男性17例，女性15例，年龄23~57岁，平均40岁；对照组：30例，男性16例，女性14例，年龄26~58岁，平均42岁。在彻底刮治以后，治疗组采用透明质酸凝胶涂抹种植体周围，4次/天；对照组含漱洗必泰漱口液，4次/天。连续使用4周。分别在基线和治疗后4周检测牙周探诊深度(PD)，改良龈沟出血指数(mBI)，改良菌斑指数(mPLI)。结果：两组间的PD和mPLI在治疗后没有显著性差异，但每组的PD和mPLI在治疗前后均有显著性降低(P<0.05)。治疗组的mBI明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。每组的mBI在治疗前后均有显著性降低(P<0.05)。结论：经过非外科的刮治术后，种植体周围黏膜炎能取得很好的治疗效果，且透明质酸对治疗种植体周围黏膜炎有一定的辅助效果。
