鼻咽癌患者血清中VEGF-C和CYFR21-1的表达及其与淋巴转移的关系

         

摘要

目的 探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)患者外周血血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF-C)和细胞白蛋白19片段(CYFR21-1)表达水平和意义.方法 运用酶联免疫吸附测定法定量检测35例鼻咽癌患者、30例鼻咽部良性疾病患者和30例健康人血清中VEGF-C含量;运用化学发光免疫分析法检测上述病例的CYFR21-1水平.结果 鼻咽癌患者血清中VEGF-C和CYFR21-1表达水平与良性疾病对照组、健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义[VEGF-C:(426.45±240.59)ng/L vs (141.54±109.12)ng/L,(114.45±35.45) ng/L];CYFR21-1:(12.80±0.86)ng/ml vs (3.48±0.48)ng/ml,(3.12±0.80)ng/ml,P均<O.05).VEGF-C和CYFR21-1在各类鼻咽癌中表达水平分别为:鳞癌为(512.02±151.45)ng/L和(12.80±0.87)ng/mL,腺癌为(402.87±240.16)ng/L和(10.80±0.86)ng/mL,未分化癌为(432.32±340.57)ng/L和(9.80+0.86)ng/mL].VEGF-C和CYFR21-1的表达在淋巴结转移组均高于无转移组(P<0.05),且二者表达成正相关(r=0.756).结论 VEGF-C和CYFR21-1在鼻咽癌患者血清中表达水平增高,且与鼻咽癌淋巴结转移相关.%Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF-C)and eytokeratinl9 fragment (CYFR21-1 )in serum from nasopharyngeal cancer patients. Methods The levels of serum VEGF-C and CYFR21-1 in 35 cancer patients, 30 patients with benign nasopharyngeal diseases and 30 healthy controls were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and chemiluminescence immunoassay, respectively. Results The levels of serum VEGF-C and CYFR21-1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were significantly higher than those in patients with benign nasopharyngeal diseases and healthy controls (VEGF-C: 426.45±240.59 ng/L vs 141.54±109.12 ng/L, 114.45±35.45 ng/L; CYFR21-1: 12.80±0.86ng/mL vs 3.48±0.48 ng/mL, 3.12±0.80 ng/mL, all P<0.05) .The level of VEGF-C and CYFR21-1 in three types of nasopharyngeal cancer were as following:squamous cancer(512.02±151.45 ng/L, 12.80±0.87 ng/mL), adenocarcinoma(402.87±240.16 ng/L, 10.80±0.86 ng/mL) and undifferentiated carcinoma (432.32±340.57 rig/L, 9.80±0.86 ng/mL).There were significant different expressions of VEGF-C and CYFR21-1 between the patients with lymph node-positive group and node-negative group (both p<0.05).In addition, the expressions of them were positively correlated (r=0.756). Conclusion VEGF-C and CYFR21-1 expressed highly in serum of nasopharyngeal cancer patients and have a close relationship with lymph node metastasis.
