Objective To investigate the related factors of nervous system damage caused by wasp stings. Methods Thirty-six patients with nervous system damage caused by wasp stings were compared in aspects of age, admission time, times being stung and different treatment received. Results Significant higher incidence of nervous system damage was found in patients older than 60 years, patients with admission time greater than 24 hours, patients with more than 20 stings, and those treated with a therapy, P<0.05. Conclusion The incidence of nervous system damage caused by wasp stings were significantly related with age, admission time, times being stung and different treatment received of patients.%目的 探讨胡蜂蛰伤引起神经系统损害的因素.方法 将胡蜂蛰伤引起神经系统损害患者从年龄、入院时间、被蛰数量及接受不同治疗方案四方面进行比较.结果 年龄＞60岁、入院时间＞24 h、蛰伤数量在20处以上及采用A方案治疗的患者引起神经系统损害明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 胡蜂蛰伤后引起神经系统损害与患者年龄、入院时间、被蛰数量、接受不同治疗方法明显相关.
