The machine has a sealing tape supplying device in which the sealing tape is formed of thermofusible lacquered aluminum. A dual head (8) is actuated by a cylinder (8`) for attaining 90 degrees rotations in clockwise and anticlockwise directions and is actuated by another cylinder (8``) that is rigidly connected to a sealing device (11) in one position and to a shaping element (12) that is actuated by third cylinder (12`) in another position. A test tube (9) to be sealed is supported by a piece (10) and held in position by a clip. A sensor (14) verifies the presence of an aluminum sheet.
