长链非编码RNA MEG3在肿瘤中的作用及机制

摘要

MEG3是一种印记基因，位于人类染色体14q32.3的DLK1-MEG3位点，属于长链非编码RNA，在肿瘤组织中表达异常，可通过不同的机制参与肿瘤的发生发展。本文就MEG3在肿瘤中的作用及其机制做一综述。%Maternally expressed gene 3 (MEG3) is an imprinted gene located at the imprinted DLK1-MEG3 locus in chromosome 14q32.3. MEG3 is a long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) and it expresses aberrantly in tumor tis-sues. MEG3 plays a vital role in the genesis and development of tumor via multiple mechanisms. In this review, we fo-cus on the mechanisms of MEG3 in tumor.
