超声双重造影检查对胃癌术前分期的研究进展

摘要

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of digestive tract. An accurate preop-erative staging of gastric cancer is helpful to choose reasonable operating scope and auxiliary treatment. Double con-trast-enhanced ultrasonography (DCUS) is a new valuable diagnostic method. DCUS for advanced gastric cancer T stage and the total coincidence rate is high, but the coincidence rate of early gastric cancer T stage is relatively low. DCUS for T stage has the tendency of too deep or too shallow and have limitations for N, M stages, but there is still a high diagnostic coincidence rate. Therefore, DCUS has a high clinical application value.%胃癌是最常见的恶性消化道肿瘤之一，准确的胃癌术前分期有利于选择合理的手术范围和辅助治疗方案。超声双重造影检查是一种新的有价值的诊断方法，对进展期胃癌T分期及总符合率较高，早期胃癌T分期符合率较低，T分期存在过深或过浅的情况，对N、M分期存在局限性，但仍有较高的诊断符合率，具有较高的临床应用价值。
