目的：探讨拓展优质护理服务对精索静脉曲张不育患者治疗效能感与情绪状态的影响。方法选取2011年11月至2013年12月于本院进行诊治的84例精索静脉曲张不育患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组(常规护理干预组)和观察组(拓展优质护理服务组)各42例，两组干预前后的治疗效能感与情绪状态采用BSES量表和POMS量表进行评估，比较两组不同时间点的评估结果。结果两组干预前的BSES量表和POMS量表评估结果比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而观察组干预后1个月与3个月两个量表的评估结果均好于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拓展优质护理服务对精索静脉曲张不育患者治疗效能感与情绪状态的影响相对较大，有助于患者保持较好的治疗心态。%Objective To investigate the influence of developing high-quality nursing service on the treat-ment efficacy and emotional state of patients with varicocele infertility. Methods Eighty-four patients with varico-cele infertility in our hospital from November 2011 to December 2013 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group (conventional nursing intervention group) and observation group (developing high-quality nursing service group), with 42 cases in each group. Then the treatment efficacy and emotional state of two groups before and after the intervention were evaluated with BSES score and POMS score, and the evaluation results of two groups at dif-ferent time were compared. Results There was no difference in the BSES score and POMS score between the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05), while the evaluation results in the observation group 1, 3 months after the intervention were significantly better than those in the control group with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The influence of developing high-quality nursing service on the treatment efficacy and emotional state of patients with varicocele infertili-ty is better, which will be helpful to keep good therapeutic mentality in patients.
