目的 探讨IL-31在Hebra痒疹发病中所起的作用及其与瘙痒程度的关系.方法 选取2011年9月至2014年9月在宜宾市第二人民医院皮肤科就诊的42例Hebra痒疹患儿为实验组,同期儿保体检的38例健康儿童为对照组,运用酶联免疫吸附法(ELASA)对两组受检者的血清IL-31水平进行检测,并对实验组进行sIgE检测及皮肤瘙痒程度的视觉模拟评分(VAS评分).结果 Hebra痒疹患儿血清IL-31水平为(28.21±10.46)pg/mL,明显高于正常对照组的(16.75±9.53)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hebra痒疹患儿中sIgE(+)组和sIgE(-)组的血清IL-31水平分别为(29.43±8.65)pg/mL、(26.79±9.14)pg/mL,sIgE(+)组血清IL-31水平虽高于sIgE(-)组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).此外,Hebra痒疹患儿血清IL-31水平与瘙痒评分呈正相关关系(r=0.515,r=0.327,P<0.05).结论 Hebra痒疹患儿血清IL-31水平增高,可能参与发病过程,并与瘙痒程度相关.%Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum interleukin-31 (IL-31) in patients with He-bra's prurigo and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 42 patients with Hebra's prurigo, who admitted to De-partment of Dermatology of the Second People's Hospital of Yibin from September 2011 to September 2014, were select-ed as the experimental group. At the same time, 38 healthy children for physical examination were selected as the control group. The levels of serum IL-31 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELASA) in both groups. For the experimental group, the itching degrees of patients were assessed by visual analogue scale (VAS) and specific IgE (sIgE) values was evaluated. Results The level of serum IL-31 in Hebra's prurigo was (28.21 ± 10.46) pg/mL, which was significantly higher than (16.75 ± 9.53) pg/mL in the healthy control group (P<0.05). The level of serum IL-31 in sIgE(+) cases was (29.43±8.65) pg/mL, which was slightly higher than (26.79±9.14) pg/mL in sIgE(-) cases (P>0.05). In addition, the level of serum IL-31 in children with Hebra prurigo were positively correlated with pruritus scores (r=0.515 and 0.327 respectively, P<0.05). Conclusion The level of serum IL-31 in patients with Hebra's prurigo is elevat-ed, which may be involved in the pathogenesis and associated with the degree of pruritus.
