柳州市2011-2015年乙型流感病毒感染状况分析

             

摘要

目的:分析柳州地区人群乙型流感病毒(IVB)感染状况,为流感的防控提供依据。方法将2011年1月至2015年12月在柳州市柳铁中心医院就诊的13075例呼吸道感染患者纳入研究,采用间接免疫荧光法检测血清IVB-IgM抗体,分别按性别、年龄、季节、年份进行分组,统计分析各组IVB感染率。结果五年IVB总感染率为12.88%。男、女感染率分别为10.70%,16.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各年龄组感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中儿童(3~6岁)组感染率最高,达31.34%;各年份间感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2013年感染率高于其他年份;IVB感染率季节性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),全年春夏季为乙型流感好发期。结论 IVB是柳州地区人群呼吸道感染的重要病原。IVB感染有年龄、性别、季节性差异,应针对性的制定预防措施。%Objective To investigate the characteristics of influenza B virus (IVB) infection among the popula-tion of Liuzhou, and to provide reference for its prevention and control. Methods A total of 13 075 patients with respi-ratory tract infection, who admitted to Liuzhou Municipal Liutie Central Hospital from January 2011 to December 2015, were included in the study. Serum IVB-IgM antibody levels of the patients were measured by indirect immunofluores-cent. These patients were divided into different groups according to gender, ages, years and season, and the rates of IVB infections were statistically analyzed. Results In this study, the overall infection rate of IVB was 12.88%in five years. Male and female infection rates were 10.70%and 16.97%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The infection rates of all age groups were statistically significant, with the highest infection rates of 31.34%in 3~6 years old children group (P<0.05). There were significant differences in infection rate among different years, and the infection rate in 2013 was higher than that in other years (P<0.05). There were also significant differences in infection rate among different seasons, spring and summer were the peak period of IVB infection throughout the year (P<0.05). Conclusion IVB is the main local causative agent responsible for respiratory tract infection in Liuzhou region. The IVB infection is closely related with the age, sex, and season. It is necessary to develop targeted preventive strategies.
