脂质代谢异常与骨关节炎关系研究进展

摘要

Osteoarthritis(OA)has become a chronic disease that seriously affects the life quality of the elderly. However,the etiology of OA remains unclear.At present,many studies have found the association between OA and meta-bolic syndrome (MetS).Abnormal lipid metabolism is an important component of metabolic syndrome. It plays a role that cannot be ignored in the bone marrow lesions,synovial inflammation,and chondrocyte destruction of articular carti-lage.Thus,the study of the mechanism of abnormal lipid metabolism related OA may be a new direction for the preven-tion and treatment of OA.%骨关节炎(OA)已成为严重影响老年人生活质量的慢性疾病.然而,OA的病因仍不清楚.目前,许多研究发现了OA和代谢综合征(MetS)之间的联系.脂质代谢异常是代谢综合征的重要组成部分,其在关节软骨下骨髓病变、滑膜炎症、软骨细胞的破坏等方面均起到了不可忽视的作用.因此对脂质代谢异常引起OA的相关机制的研究或许能成为OA防治的新方向.
