利用气相色谱技术构建白酒指纹图谱技术的应用

摘要

Fingerprint spectrum technology is widely used in liquor making industry and plays an important role m liquor analysis and quality control. Application of gas chromatography instrument to building fingerprint spectrum is a commonly-used technology for liquor analysis. This paper describes the importance of using fingerprint spectrum in liquor analysis and the application of gas chromatography in the test of content range of trace elements in liquor. Finally, a testing technology by using Agilent gas chromatography is introduced for trace elements in some liquor.%指纹图谱技术广泛应用于白酒领域，在白酒的分析与质量控制上发挥了一定的作用。利用气相色谱仪构建白酒指纹图谱是目前白酒分析的常用技术。本文阐述了指纹图谱在白酒分析中应用的重要性以及气相色谱检测白酒中微量成分的应用，并建立了一种利用气相色谱仪检测某白酒中微量成分的测定技术。
