云南砚山烟区烟叶的品质及其稳定性评价

摘要

为砚山烟区烟叶质量的提升及企业原料选择提供决策依据, 从化学成分、物理特性、外观品质、感官评吸质量和年度间的变化等方面探究2013—2017年砚山烟区烟叶的品质及其稳定性.结果表明:砚山烟叶品质稳定中呈逐步上升趋势.其中, 砚山烟区中、下部烟叶的化学成分较上部叶稳定, 上部叶化学成分年度间的波动较大, 差异显著, 但总体呈上升趋势.3个部位烟叶的拉力值年度间均存在显著差异, 中、下部烟叶拉力值呈上升趋势, 而上部叶变幅较大, 且无明显规律.3个部位烟叶外观品质年度间变幅均较小.砚山烟区烟叶主体香气风格为清香型, 其风格特征逐年增强, 由不明显至尚明显, 香韵从较弱至尚丰富, 烟叶抽吸品质呈逐年上升趋势.%The quality and stability evaluation of tobacco in Yanshan tobacco-growing area were studied by analyzing its chemical components, physical property, appearance quality, sensory smoking quality and their variance among different years (2013—2017) to provide the decision basis for improvement of tobacco quality and selection of raw materials in Yanshan tobacco-growing area.Result:The quality stability of tobacco shows a gradually rising trend.The stability of chemical components in bottom and middle tobacco leaves is higher than upper tobacco leaves.The stability of chemical components in upper tobacco leaves presents a great fluctuation trend among different years but shows a rising trend overall.There is a significant difference in tension force value of tobacco leaves from three different leaf positions among different years.The tension force value of middle and bottom tobacco leaves shows a rising trend but the variation range in tension force value of upper tobacco leaves is great and no obvious rule.The variation range in appearance quality of upper, middle and bottom tobacco leaves is smaller among different years.The main flavor style of tobacco leaves is fen flavor and its style feature increases year by year from unobvious to slightly obvious in Yanshan tobacco-growing area.The flavor quality of tobacco leaves is from weak to slightly abundant.The smoking quality of tobacco leaves shows a gradually rising trend.
