为了解番茄幼苗体内渗透调节物质对Cd-Pb复合的响应与耐受机理,采用沙培方法研究了Cd、Pb单一和复合污染对番茄幼苗可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量的影响.结果表明:Cd、Pb单一处理可使番茄幼苗脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量增加,可溶性蛋白含量降低,Cd的影响明显大于Pb.Cd-Pb复合处理对番茄可溶性糖含量的联合作用小于其单独作用之和,互作表现低浓度强化Pb弱化Cd的作用,高浓度为弱化作用;对可溶性蛋白含量其联合作用大于单独作用之和,互作表现为弱化作用;对脯氨酸含量其联合作用表现为低浓度时远大于其单独作用之和,高浓度时远低于其单独作用之和,互作表现为低浓度为强化作用,高浓度为弱化作用.%To study the response and tolerance of the osmotic regulation substances in tomato seedlings to Cd-Pb stress. A sand culture experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of single Cd and Pb . And their compound pollution on the contents of osmotic regulation substances in the tomato seedlings. The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar and proline of tomato leaves were increased. The soluble protein were decreased under single pollution of Cd or Pb. Effects of Cd were stronger than Pb. Under Pb and Cd combined stress, Joint actions(JA) were smaller than the sum of independent actions (SIA) for the content of soluble sugar, the pattern of their interaction was strengthening Pb and weakening Cd with low concentration, weakening Pb and Cd with high concentration. JA were larger than SIA for the content of soluble protein, the pattern of their interaction was weakening Pb and Cd, JA were larger than SIA for the content of soluble protein, the pattern of their interaction was weakening Pb and Cd, JA were larger than the SIA for the content of proline with low concentration, the pattern of their interaction was strengthening Pb and Cd, Jas were smaller than the SIAs for the content of proline with high concentration, the pattern of their interaction was weakening Pb and Cd.
