不同茶树品种对氟的富集特征

         

摘要

为弄清不同茶树品种对氟的富集特征,为选育低富集氟茶树品种提供依据,以贵州省茶叶研究所茶树种质资源圃(贵州湄潭)20个品种为材料,用氟离子选择电极法测定了3种不同标准芽叶氟的含量.结果表明:1)不同标准芽叶氟的含量由高到低的次序为一芽5叶>一芽2叶>单芽;芽叶标准与芽叶氟含量的Pearson相关系数r为0.657(P<0.01);芽叶标准与其平均芽叶氟含量的线性回归关系达显著水平,决定系数达0.989 5(P<0.01).2)单芽、一芽2叶和一芽5叶氟含量分别为51.24~182.96 mg/kg、97.85~255.46mg/kg和106.98~521.48mg/kg;LSD多重比较表明,20个品种间,单芽、一芽2叶和一芽5叶氟含量差异显著.3)Furthest neighbor聚类分析发现,20个茶树品种可划分为4个类型,其中,低氟含量品种类型包含11个品种.选育低富集氟茶树品种并及时采摘可有效降低茶叶氟的含量.%The fluoride content in bud leaf with three different standards of 20 tea varieties collected from Meitan germplasm nursery in Guizhou Tea Institute was determined by fluoride ion selective electrode method to know fluoride accumulation characteristics of different tea varieties and provide the scientific basis for selecting tea varieties with low fluoride accumulation. The results showed that the fluoride content in bud leaf with different standards was five leaves with a bud> two leaves with a bud> single bud, the Pearson related coefficient between bud leaf standard and fluoride content was 0. 657 (P<0. 01),there was a significant linear regression relation between bud leaf standard and fluoride content, the coefficient of determination reached 0. 989 5(P<0.01), and the fluoride content in single bud, two leaves with one bud and five leaves with one bud was 51. 24~ 182. 96 mg/kg, 97. 85 ~ 255. 46 mg/kg and 106.98~521.48 mg/kg respectively. The multiple comparison results showed that there was significant difference in fluoride content of single bud, two leaves with one bud and five leaves with one bud between 20 tea varieties. 20 tested tea varieties could be divided into 4 groups according to the clustering analysis and 11 tea varieties were belong to low fluoride content. Selecting tea varieties with low fluoride content and timely picking can effectively reduce fluoride content in tea.
