为有效利用银桂花资源,采用固相微萃取(SPME)!气相色谱/质谱连用仪(GC/MS)分析银桂花不同组织器官、不同时段挥发性化学成分及含量。结果表明,银桂花花冠的主要成分为β-芳樟醇42.10%、氧化芳樟醇22.23%、紫罗兰酮15.89%;花蕊主要成分为安息香醛26.06%、紫罗兰酮24.09%、β-芳樟醇23.22%、薰衣草醇12.87%、氧化芳樟醇9.40%;花托主要成分为叶醛33.30%、乙酸叶醇酯18.10%、己醛12.87%、β-罗勒烯12.37%。不同采集时间样品中氧化芳樟醇、紫罗兰酮在花冠、花蕊、花托中的相对含量为上午≥下午,β-芳樟醇、薰衣草醇在花冠、花蕊、花托中的含量是下午≥上午。%The volatile chemical components and content in different tissues and organs of Osmanthus fragrans at a.m.and p.m.were detected by SPME- GC/MS to utilize Osmanthus fragrans resources effectively.The results showed that main volatile components of Osmanthus fragrans corolla,stamen and torus are β-linalool (42.10%), oxidized linalool (22.23%) and ionone ( 15.89%), benzaldehyde (26.06%),ionone (24.09%),β-linalool (23.22%),lavender alcohol (12.87%)and linalool oxide (9.40%),and 2-hexenal (33.30%),acetate-3-hexen-1-ol (18.10%),hexanal (12.87%)and β-ocimene (12.37%)respectively.The relative content of linalool oxide and ionone in collected Osmanthus fragrans corolla,stamen and torus at a.m.is higher than at p.m.but the relative content ofβ-linalool and lavender alcohol in collected Osmanthus fragrans corolla,stamen and torus at p.m.is higher than at a.m.
