银杏雄球花提取物的抗氧化活性

摘要

To provide theoretical references and new thoughts of the exploitation and utilization of G.biloba male cone resources,the male cones of G.biloba were extracted by ethanol and then the content of flavonoids was determined,on these basis the scavenging activity and total antioxidant activity of the extract were determined on · OH,O2-· and DPPH · Results:flavonoids content in male cones of G.biloba was 1.4％,the scavenging rates of · OH,O2-and DPPH · were respectively 68.2％,81.25％ and 93.8％ when the concentrations of the extract were 2.2 mg/mL,4 mg/mL and 4.2 mg/mL separately.The extract from male cones of G.biloba is of well scavenging activity to all the three assayed radicals,and turn out to be a quite strong antioxidant activity.%为银杏雄球花资源的开发利用提供理论依据和新的思路,以银杏雄球花作为材料,经乙醇浸提获银杏雄球花乙醇提取液,测定其总黄酮含量,并在此基础上考察提取液对羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子(O2 ·)和二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH·)的清除能力及总抗氧化活性.结果表明:银杏雄球花乙醇提取液黄酮含量为1.4％,提取液浓度为2.2 mg/mL、4 mg/mL、4.2 mg/mL时分别对DPPH·、·OH、O2-·清除率达68.2％、81.25％和93.8％.银杏雄球花乙醇提取液对以上3种自由基均有较好的清除能力,具有较强的抗氧化活性.
