新型降血糖中药方剂对STZ诱导小鼠糖尿病的影响

     

摘要

为获得糖尿病治疗的中药方剂,探讨由葛根、丹参、枳椇子组成的中药方剂对小鼠的抗糖尿病效应及潜在机制.利用链脲佐霉素(STZ)建立糖尿病模型,以空腹血糖大于11 mmol/L为建模成功.30只小鼠分为空白组(健康小鼠)、试验组(糖尿病小鼠)和阴性对照组(糖尿病小鼠),每天对试验组进行中药方剂水煎服给药,空白组和阴性对照组每天灌服同等剂量蒸馏水,对小鼠的肝脏和肾脏生理指标变化进行检测.结果表明:STZ诱导的糖尿病小鼠给予葛根、丹参及枳椇子中药方剂灌服7 d,试验组与阴性对照组相比,其空腹血糖降低,体重回升,肝脏指标白蛋白(ALB)下降31.58%,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)下降57.43%,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)回升87.80%,谷草转氨酶(AST)下降51.72%,总蛋白(TP)下降31.94%.由葛根、丹参和枳椇子组成的中药方剂在浓度为1 g/L时对糖尿病小鼠有显著的治疗效果.%To obtain Chinese herbal prescription for curing diabetes mellitus, the authors explored the efforts and potential mechanism of a Chinese herbal prescription, which was composed of root of kudzu vine, root of red-rooted salvia and semen hoveniae, on diabetes mellitus.Streptozotocin(STZ) was used to establish the model of diabetes mellitus, and the model was established with fasting blood glucose of 11 mmol/L.30 mice were randomly divided into blank control group, experimental group and negative control group, 10 mice in each group.The experimental group was given the decoction every day, the blank group and the negative control group were given the same dose distilled water every day.The mice''s liver and kidney physiological index changes were detected as well.Results: fasting glucose levels in diabetic mice induced by STZ was reduced after seven days, the test group compared with the negative control group decreased the fasting blood glucose, weight recovery, liver index (ALB) reduced by 31.58%, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) decreased by 57.43%, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) increased by 87.80%, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) decreased by 51.72%, total protein (TP) decreased by 31.94%.Traditional Chinese medicine prescription has a significant effect on the treatment of diabetes mellitus with a concentration of 1 g/L.
