The invention relates to area of experimental medicine and veterinary and deals with modeling drug-induced gastro-enteritis with ulcer-erosion process in rats. To form model, one uses solution of diclophenac that is is given orally one time per day during 14 days, in doses 3.5-4.5 mg/kg of body mass (severe form of course of disease) or 2.5-3.5 mg/kg of body mass (medium severity of course of disease).
