基于成人初显期自我同一性理论的大学生赏识教育

             

摘要

The exploration of self-identity is the main task throughout the adolescence and early adulthood ,and students in the period of adult previews are in this critical period of transition .There is no doubt that students in this period are in a variety of 'I' -hesitation, indecision, confusion and certainly ,and exploring, retreating and trying constantly in desperate need of experience of self-respect , sense of belonging and being recognized .Therefore, appreciation education, as the external influence, is the best choice of educators and the educated and the best response to the psychological needs of college students in this period.%自我同一性的探索是贯穿于青春期和成人初期的主要任务,而处于成人初显期的大学生则处于这一转换的关键时期。毫无疑问的是,这一时期的大学生处在各种"我"的犹豫、彷徨、迷惑与肯定之中,不断探索、退缩和尝试,亟需自尊的体验、归属感的体验和被认同的体验。因此,作为外部影响,赏识教育是这一时期教育者和被教育者最好的选择,是对处于这一时期的大学生心理需求最好的回应。
