论散打侧踹腿的技术分析与应用

Wushu Sanda is the Chinese nation＇s fine cultural heritage,it has a distinctive ethnic characteristics.The leg side kick is essential in the Martial Arts techniques,it＇s fast,powerful,flexible,good and sudden attack characterized by long distance,in actual combat against the Chinese as a foreign martial arts athletes the first ＂weapon＂.This article summarizes and systematic analyze the use of side kick in combat from the classification of the side kick,the technical movement analysis and the practical application of the side kick and analysis.%武术散打是中华民族优秀的文化遗产,它具有鲜明的民族特色。而侧踹腿又是武术散打中一项不可或缺的技术,它以速度快、力量大、灵活多变、突然性好和攻击距离长为特点,在实战中被中国运动员视为对抗外国功夫的第一＂利器＂。本文从侧踹腿的分类到技术动作分析,再到侧踹腿的实际应用与分析,进行归纳、总结和系统的分析侧踹腿技术在实战中的用法。
