大学新生心理适应问题与思想政治教育对策

For various reasons, many freshmen lost in the adaptation period, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression and other psychological problems, for their university life lay hidden. moral workers should learn from the students to help students raise awareness of new self-awareness, target system, and reconstruction of new targeted education and guidance strengthen efforts to address freshmen adjust to psychological problems.%由于种种原因,许多大学新生在适应期出现失落、焦虑、自卑、抑郁等心理问题,为他们的大学生活埋下隐患。高校德育工作者应该从帮助新生提升新生学习意识、提高新生自我认识、重构新生目标体系等方面加强针对性的教育引导工作,解决大学新生适应期的心理问题。
