地方医学院校药学专业人才培养及特色建设——以华北煤炭医学院药学系为例

人才培养是学校的根本任务。华北煤炭医学院药学系积极适应国家和地区经济社会发展需要，突出地方医学院校办学特色，优化课程体系，强化特色建设，努力探索以能力提高为核心的人才培养模式，建立多元化的考核评价体系。重视人文知识的传授和社会责任心的养成，努力培养高质量的应用型药学专门人才并取得良好成效。%Talents cultivation is the basic duties for higher education institutions. To meet positively the needs of national economic and social development and highlight the characteristics of higher medical school, course system was optimized, characteristic construction was strengthen, the mode of capability centered talent training was explored, multifactor accessing system was built, education of humanistic knowledge was enhanced, social responsibility was cultivated, and then training of pplied pharmacetical specialized personnel has achieved good results.
