当下教学评价问题归因及其改进对策

摘要

当下教学评价体存在许多问题,但其改革进程却较为缓慢。为此,对于其存在问题的原因进行分析,进而提出相应的改进对策,有助于教学评价的改革,发挥教学评价的最大功能以及提高教师的教学质量、促进学生的全面发展。%Although there are many problems in present teaching evaluation, the course of it's reform is slow. Therefore, to analyse causes of existing problems and then put forward countermeasures will be helpful to the reform of teaching evaluation and maximize function of teaching evaluation as well as improve quality of teachers' teaching, promote the all-round development of students.
