高职院校人力资源管理课程教学改革探讨

Human resource management in higher vocational colleges is commerce rnanagement class specialized backbone course, how to make higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality high skill talented person's teaching target, this paper, from the human resources tube course content and the orientation of the teaching on the analysis of the current situation and problems on the basis of teaching model puts forward some improvement strategy.%人力资源管理是高职院校工商管理类专业的主干课程，如何突出高职院校培养高素质高技能人才的教学目标，本文从人力资源管课程内容与定位入手，在分析教学现状和问题的基础上，对教学模式提出了若干改进策略。
