新时期下“情感管理”在高职院校辅导员工作中的探索

At present,the new era of diverse social backgrounds of students' work need more and more complex requirements,and vocational colleges counselors should establish the new concept of student work,adapt to new situations,changes in management thinking and mode,and actively explore new ideas for the new era of student work,the use of emotional management to promote the development of student management.%当前,新时期多样化的社会背景对学生工作提出了越来越高、越来越复杂的要求,高职院校辅导员应该树立新的学生工作的理念,适应新的形势,转变管理思想和模式,积极探索新时期学生工作的新思路,运用情感管理的方式来促进学生管理工作的发展。
