PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collected matter information management device, a collected matter information management program, and a collected matter information management method for urging a user to discard waste at a designated collection point according to a disposal rule for easily and inexpensively acquiring product traceability information.;SOLUTION: The collected matter information management device 1 is provided with a communication means carrying out data communication with a user terminal 2, an information acquisition means acquiring collected matter information, which is attached to a discarded collected matter, and collection point information attached to a collection point, where the collected matter is discarded, from the user terminal 2, a validity check means checking the validity of a combination of the collected matter information and the collection point information acquired from the user terminal 2 by using a collation table showing valid combinations between collected matter information and collection point information, and an information registration means registering the valid collected matter information and the collection point information in the registration table.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
