Deixis is one of the most important research topic in the Pragmatic school,in addition to the traditional deixis,a lot of non-traditional deixis has also been a great concern.Many Chinese and English verbs have the inherent function of deixis.This article will examine the inherent deixis function of the ＂ qiàn＂ and ＂owe＂.By comparing the examples,this article will mainly examine the similarities and differences between the two verbs.%指示语是语用学中很重要的研究课题之一,除了传统的指示语和指示现象,很多非传统的指示语也受到很大的关注。汉语和英语中有很多动词也是有内在指示含义的。本文将研究汉语＂欠＂和英语＂owe＂的内在指示含义。通过例子,主要研究当＂欠/owe＂作动词时,它们的指示含义的相同和异同。
