艺术院校个性化深度辅导模式探究

摘要

Depth counseling work as college counselors work under the new situation and the means of education, play an important role in the ideological and political education work. Art Institutes, the depth counseling on the one hand provides us with better working mode and means, on the other hand, we propose more stringent requirements. As the instructor of art institutions, should take into account the characteristics of art students, the personalized needs of the development, as well as the depth counseling capabilities and broaden the depth of ideas and forms of counseling, personalized mode of in-depth counseling to achieve the most ideal and effective for educational purposes.%深度辅导工作作为新形势下高校辅导员的重要工作内容和教育手段,在大学生思想政治教育工作中发挥着重要的作用。而对于艺术院校辅导员来说,深度辅导工作一方面为我们提供了更好的工作模式与途径,另一方面也对我们提出了更加严格的要求。作为艺术院校的辅导员,应兼顾艺术类学生的特点、个性化发展的需要以及自身深度辅导能力的提高,拓宽深度辅导的思路与形式,以个性化的模式对他们进行深度辅导,达到最为理想而有效的教育目的。
